Redhill extended their winning streak to 3 with this "nice little earner" at home to Selsey, Giving the Reds 43 points, 10 points better off than at the same stage last season.
Redhill find themselves with four games in hand over some of the sides above them in the table and now have a real belief that the season is far from over.
With the news that Dapo Kayode will be moving onto Spanish side CD Castellon on Sunday, he seemed detirmined to mark the end of his short lived Redhill career a good one. Early on he was energetic and eager to get forward, and got in an early shot that flew wide of the goal.
Moments later, following an attack from Selsey that Chris May handled well, Kayode was again getting in a shot, this came from a nice one-two with Gavin Gordon, but Kayodes effort went over the cross bar.

Selsey 'Keeper Sam Joyce saw more pressure on his goal with Redhill winning a number of corners. One of those was capatalised on by Brandon Sebuliba with a header at the top corner of the goal. Somehow, Joyce made a stunning diving save, getting his hand to ball and putting it out for another corner.
Minutes later, the home side had a penalty shout as Gavin Gordon seemed to be tripped in the area. Nothing was given, and despite some rage from the Redhill bench, eventually it had been forgotten and Redhill continued to control the game. Dapo Kayode again put over a good cross but it was cut out at the last moment and Redhill won another corner.

It wasn't until the 41st minute when Redhill finally took the lead. Andy Atkin was composed in front of goal, letting go with a powerful shot that found the goal off Sam Joyce.

Selsey came out a little stronger in the second half and it took a good parry from Chris May after Rob Wimbles shot, and from that Redhill broke, the ball being fed to Kayode whose quick solo run deserved more than the clearance his eventual cross received.

Selsey had a penalty claim turned down themselves in the second half when Wimble went down in the box from a challenge, but it wasn't given, and Redhill, unfazed, got back in control.
Leon Dussard saw an effort saved, with Andy Atkin poised to strike the rebound, but it was snatched away by the defence first.

Brendon Sebuliba had another header at goal from yet another Redhill corner, but this time, Sam Joyce was placed perfectly to take the ball safely in his hands. Joyce did well considering an initial challenge that saw him out of position.
Desperate Sesley defending continued as they stopped Redhill from doubling their lead. Their attempt to find a footing and get a goal back was unsuccessful and Redhill took all the points.
